Can I buy my own material and just hire you to install it?

Yes, that's most of our work. You pick and buy the tile, stone or vinyl at the store you like, we handle demo, prep and installation. If you'd rather we supply the thinset, grout and materials, we can do that too.

How is pricing calculated?

By square footage, plus the scope of the demo and any detail work: niches, curbs, patterns, transitions. A small bathroom is a different job from a 2,000 sq ft open floor plan, so we price the room, not a generic rate.

Do you handle the demolition?

Yes. Old tile, old vanities, old shower pans. We tear it out, haul it off, and prep the substrate before anything new goes down.

How long does a bathroom take?

A standard bathroom is typically a few days from demo to finished grout. Large-format tile, custom niches or a full whole-home floor will take longer, and we give you the timeline before we start, not after.

Is texting really better than calling?
